This past Valentine’s Day weekend, our cat Luna needed emergency surgery, and it was one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever faced as pet parents. From the moment we arrived at MarQueen Veterinary Emergency & Specialty, we felt that Luna was in capable and compassionate hands. The ER team moved quickly, performed the necessary tests, and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and what our options were. Even in such an emotional moment, we never felt rushed or left in the dark. The surgical and nursing staff were exceptional. Amazing staff! Our little guy didn’t make it due to lack of oxygen to his brain when he was born, but everyone there was all hands on when we brought him in. They dropped everything they were doing and rushed him in the back to an oxygen tank. They did everything they could for our little guy. They were all very respectful and very considerate towards us. I highly recommend this staff. They truly care about our fur babies and do the best they can to heal them.

The facility is new, clean, big and the staff is friendly and skilled. We were recommended to see the cardiologist for our pup, Dylan's, heart. It was a god-send as it saved us a trip to the usual specialists in Tustin. While we had to wait, about 15 minutes, after our appointment time, we were out of there in 1.5 hours total which included the initial consultation with a tech, an EKG, and consultation with the doctor. The staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I got pretty busy as it's also an ER but there's plenty of space for patients and their persons. There are lots of rooms for patients and they have photos of celebrities with their dogs throughout the office. It makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Great addition to the IE! We brought our Yorkie here for emergency. Unfortunately she passed. The staff at MarQueen were very informative, compassionate and caring. Thank you for caring for our baby in her last moments.

We have had 4 experiences here with 1 emergency and 3 pets pass away and have had nothing but excellent and compassionate treatment. The standout doctors for us were Dr Choi and Dr Strasser. Thank you so much for the compassion during putting our pets down.
