I was happy with Robin but her replacement after retiring, not so much. The first time I had my dog groomed she came out looking nothing like what we discussed. I called and talked to the receptionist (?) and told her of my experience. She offered nothing to help rectify the issue. No discount on the next grooming even. So, I thought okay, maybe there was a misunderstanding. Giving the benefit of the doubt. I took my dog back, explained to the groomer how I felt about the first visit and what it was I wanted. She took no responsibility and put it on me. This time my dog looked a little better than the first but still was not given a good groom. Her hair was uneven , in some places she didn’t even look like her hair had been cut. Well, me being a glutton for punishment, decided to try one l

We had an amazing experience boarding here! Booking was incredibly easy, staff was nice and welcoming during drop off and pick up. While we were gone we were able to request pictures and videos so we felt like our dog was in good hands. My favorite thing was the report card we received during pick up with ratings on how alpha did during his stay. He was happy and healthy and seemed well taken care of. This is our new boarding place for sure!

We boarded our dog here and he did great! They are very reasonably priced and took great notes about our dog during drop off. Pick up and drop off were easy and they were so friendly! We will definitely use them again soon.

Wonderful place for a pet vacation! The staff was excellent! They took good care of my little fur babies! I would give them more stars if I could

My dog is generally shy and doesn't love being away from me. However, she did great with the staff, and the care they gave her was definitely more than just boarding. Highly recommended
