Magoo's Pet Outlet

So my shopping experience was fine. The issue I saw was a single female employee being made to close up store alone. I do not agree with any employee closing at night alone, but females are more vulnerable. I feel magoos should do better for their staff. Totally not safe.

We’ve always had great service when we go to Magoo’s, but today was exceptional. Holly rang up my order, and I had walked out of the store, she realized she had made a mistake before I did, and ran out to tell me so we could get it fixed and give me a discount that she had forgotten. I’m not sure that I would have caught it, and she was so kind in making sure that she got it right. Just really attentive and genuine customer service, thank you again to Holly!

This store is absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is great, and you simply can't beat the very cheap prices on clearance items. A must-visit for bargain hunters. You can get a 30 lb bag of $130 dog food f9r $60 in some cases. Flea meds are a fraction of the price if you look at the extremely large clearance section! Can't beat the prices and top quality items! A+++++

So awesome everyone was so helpful and the assistant manager Peggy is the greatest ever. Always going out of her way to help everyone and make you feel welcome.

I can not tell you how much I love this location. Never once in the years I have been here have I ever had an employee treat me with anything other than respect. Great conversation and an enjoyable trip.
