This is the biggest scam I've ever fallen for. Don't bring your rugs here if theyre actually dirty because they'll charge you as much as you bought the rugs for just to spread around the dirty and give you a note that says sorry we couldn't clean the rug. No refund. If they can't clean the rugs they should give me my hundreds of dollars back. I had three rugs "cleaned" there and they all smell horrible, worse than when I brought them to be cleaned and every one of them smell the same as if they just ran a crappy carpet shampooed over them one after the other and called it a day. Best advice, just buy new rugs.

There was a sales woman named Sue who was the most rude and confrontational sales person I ever met. I will never go back to that store again. She needs to retire or be fired.
