I will never use this company again! I should have left with the disrespectful employee that he have as soon as you walk in. What I experienced with the owner is so disrespectful. I wouldn't want anybody to experience what we went through. I have gotten other quotes from flooring companies and this company was 3x higher but I decided to use them only because they could do other work beside flooring. Once you pay your first half of the work, that owner will disrespect you - I will never recommend anybody to his company. He is so wrong.

Kray and Jordan called ahead, showed up on time, and were pleasant quick and professional. The price was right and they were done in 30 mins. I get my carpets done yearly with them. A+++!

Mike and the staff/worker's did a GREAT job. We had carpet installation done. Looks great. Not only are they nice and professional. They really keep you informed of anything that comes up. We had cracks in the concrete and they repaired it and sanded everything down and just so neat and precise. Mike is reasonable on cost and they do an outstanding job! Highly recommend this business!

What the hell is wrong with Mike! I run a limo company and a client requested “red carpet service” I had one week to get this carpet for the event. MandM was recommended so Mike was gracious enough to stay open as I ordered my clients request. I want to pay in advance but he said no. On Monday Tuesday Wednesday I called left messages talked to employees but NO ONE knew anything of this order. On Thursday I called and told them I am leaving this message and then Mike returns the phone call. No the carpet was not ready. I called a place in St Andrews Columbia and they got it done in a matter of 2 hours. But the crazy thing that was said to me. We are a small company and cannot return calls. Then stay small because when you get big the phone rings more often. And your not going to handle it

Unfortunately I have to give M&M carpets a 1 star rating, it would be a zero if I could give it. I asked for an in home estimate to lay around 1000 sq ft of carpet. Mike arrived earlier than expected which I was very pleased with so I wasn’t stuck waiting. He measured the flooring and said he would get back with me on the estimate. 2 days later I call to check on the quote because I had heard nothing back. Mike stated that they needed 15 minutes to finalize and I would get a call back. No call. The following day I called again to get the quote. Nothing in the system. The lady that answers the phone asked for my number so she could call Mike to get the quote and I would receive a call back. Still nothing. I am done with this POS company. Good luck if you want to use them for a job because
