I hired M & M to replace my luxury vinyl plank in my kitchen and dining room, due to faulty installation by a previous company. The crew identified the problem once they removed the existing floor, and efficiently did the repairs the proper way. They were fast, friendly, and professional, and the price was fair. Our project was to extend existing flooring and baseboard. I prefer using a local business whenever possible, so I contacted M&M through their M&M Carpet site (on the weekend). Paul contacted me on the following Monday and he scheduled his installer ASAP to come to our home and take measurements. The quote was emailed to me quickly and was priced fairly. We accepted the quote. Paul, Mary and the installer Abel displayed their professionalism, caring and respect at every step. Abel did a fantastic job installing and also fixed some sub-par work from the last installer. He also kept his work space safe and clean throughout his installation. We had the pleasure of working with Paul and Nena at M & M Carpets for our rental property in Hollister. They made the whole process so easy and smooth for us, considering we are 4 hours away. They had great suggestions and recommendations, including a painter, as we nned to have the interior of the rental painted, and had all the work done in no time at all! M & M Carpets did a great job from the very begining. Maria had a good amount of samples to pick from. They came alittle early to installed our carpet and we are very happy in all with there service I highly recremend them and use them again.
