Definitely takes the time necessity to the next level. She remebers and most importantly she understands dogs and their personalities. Huge dog loving environment. I'd like to say the more people I meet, the more I love dogs, and this is regardless of even their owners. I'm assuming this statement is a common theme for most good-hearted dog lovers with nothing uncommon here. *referring to some of the negative remarks on her reviews. She's the opposite of your disconnected groomers who are just in it for their money. Trustworthy and kind sums it up.

When I arrived I did not know it was a home. I was skeptical right off the bat. The lady didn’t look right to me. She was not careful while cutting her nails. My dog was a little fussy since she was nervous, but nothing too bad. I even held her and helped with her. After I left and got home I noticed my girl bleeding a lot from her nail. She cut it so far, I can clearly see her skin. She had the most basic nail clippers. My poor baby. I will NEVER come back here again. I texted her about what she did and she has yet to get back to me.

Colleen did a wonderful job on my Sheepadoodle. Highly recommend- Will definitely be returning!
