They were professional, kind, and honest. The first carpet we picked out, had a barely noticeable stain on it. Prior to installation, the team called us and told us that they couldn’t stand behind their product knowing it was poor quality and we should come back and take a look at other carpets. They knowingly went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with not only the color, but the price as well. They were excellent through and through!

High quality materials and reasonable price. The owner was very helpful with helping me finding the carpet that I like. I was referred by a friend who also bought the carpet from here. My family was surprised by the quality, design when I told them the price. Will definitely come back for more carpets once basement is finished.

Excellent attention and service. Needed a carpet installed immediately to show my house for sale and they came in one day. Also got area rugs for other rooms right from their warehouse selection which is stocked with name brands. Best in the area!!

I highly recommend Luxury Carpet. Having been back twice now, for separate projects. Basement stairs in December and just today had our stair runner installed for our main staircase. Fred made the entire process seamless. The owner and Fred were professional and courteous, wonderful experience from start to finish. Installation is extremely fast.
