Lucky Paws Pet Grooming (Under New Ownership)

I absolutely love Lucky Paws Dog Grooming! Every time I pick up my dog, she looks AMAZING and smells so fresh and clean. You can tell they really take their time and care about the details. Her coat is perfectly trimmed, soft, and she always looks so happy and proud walking out. The space itself looks beautiful and is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. Highly recommend!

Zero stars if I could give them. I brought my Bernedoodle and Pomeranian to Lucky Paws for grooming and honestly, I have major buyer’s remorse. The haircuts are awful — extremely choppy, uneven, and look completely unprofessional. My Bernedoodle had some matting, so we fully understood he might need to be shaved down. That wasn’t the issue. The issue is that the cut looks like a complete hack job. His coat is uneven all over and they even shaved off his whiskers, which was upsetting and unnecessary. My Pomeranian looks just as bad. His coat is extremely uneven — super long in some areas and shaved short in others — and he is shedding like crazy, which defeats the entire purpose of grooming. It honestly looks like a toddler got hold of scissors and started cutting. To make matters worse

I saw an ad about Lucky Paws so I decided to try it out. The place looks very nice and clean inside. I opted for the "DoodleGlow Bath & Brush-out." Sparkles (my golden doodle) "sparkled" after and smelled good. She was nice and soft. Would come back again to try the full groom.

Absolutely loved the service here! The space is very modern and clean (always a good sign). And my dog looked and smelled fantastic afterwards (and the smell lasted too)! Very happy - I will be using this place again.

My husky was brought in. And looked the same when we left. Close to 200$ later and she was more matted than when I brought her in. I wound up shaving her whole abdomen myself. Which was not brushed or groomed properly at this groomer. Will never go here again. And they are under new management, what a terrible way to start. They also lost my card with grooming preferences I filled out at drop off. And called my by another name when I answered the phone.
