My dog chewy can be a handful when I try to give him a bath he loves the water as soon as I get him in the tub it's the process of getting him into the tub and taking him out of the tub and the amount of water that will be on my floor. So I found this place they provide everything including cutting Nails grooming and you get to wash your own dog. The best part is that I don't have to worry about soaking up 5 gal water for my dog. And that's not an understatement. The owners are great people, kind. I'm very helpful. They don't charge a lot of money for the amount of value they provide. I checked to see how much it would cost for me to get my dog just washed at a normal dog salon, and it was $150 for a wash and nothing else. I think these folks only charged me $20. My dog has always had long haired ears and never shaved. My wife told the groomer before she left to keep the ears long and when she picked her up they were shaved. So infuriating. Whats also infuriating is my other dog that was their with her didn't get her ears shaved so what was the issue with this one? The groomer had no remorse either. It was a guy and all he said was sorry, that was it. No offer to make it right at all. Be careful going to this place. Also on top of it, it takes 3 weeks just to get your dogs in here....all for them not to cut it the right way.

Raja is my 3 1/2 year old Casian Shepherd. Autumn quoted me 200.00 to 250.00. She said they would wash and brush her with all the "fancy" brushes. They ended up completely shaving Raja. I didn't freak out. I just paid the guy the $330.00 and asked what he recommended as the coat grew back. He kinda shrugged and said maybe come back in 3 months. I called my vet as soon as I got home, and the vet said that shaving this kind of dog can cause irreversible damage to her coat. Hopefully, her coat grows back properly. I wasn't expecting such a dramatic shave. It's not ideal and mostly not recommended to shave a double coated dog.

We took our labradoodle here for her first cut and he did an AMAZING JOB! He was so nice and caring for our dog when she was scared to have us leave. Once our dog was ready to come home, he gave us a call. The place was very clean and neatly organized. When we picked her she was so happy and looked so good! We definitely will be taking her here for her other hair cuts!

Don't bring your dogs here. There is way better groomers in nampa. Must be new ownership. They take way to long with appointment and charge easily over $100. They did a poor job on my dogs cut and nail trimming. And did a anal gland cleanse that was bothering my dog for weeks. I should have known better when appaun walking in it smelled like pot and the dude ignored me with stupid headphones on acting like everything was going to be fine. Everything was not fine. I'm upset with this unprofessional establishment. Trust me go somewhere else
