Loving Touch Animal Hospital

We found Loving Touch when my newly adopted dog needed some dental surgery, which our original vet provided a very expensive quote for. I was thrilled when I found that Loving Touch offers a flat rate dental package, with all the important things like x-rays, pain relievers, post surgery follow up, and a quality staff! We've now been to their office 5 times! Everyone there is kind, helpful, and compassionate. Our newest had to have 11 teeth removed and an oronasal fistula repaired. We were a bit scared, but the procedure went fine, we received great updates, and they followed up with us over the phone and in person! EDIT October 20, 2025: Guess what? No one from LTAH has EVER reached out to me. No call. No email. No apology. No attempt to even TRY to make it right. Honestly, nothing can make this right, but an attempt at caring would’ve been a good start. I had previous experience with Loving Touch in 2022 for my dog's dental. I gave them a 5 ★ review then. They were amazing. But I have since deleted that review so I can make sure my new review is seen. I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment after a visit to the emergency vet, I chose here. I suspected it might be time and I wanted him to be surrounded by caring people, but also have a chance. I was willing to go miles, if he was willing. The folks here were very nice. They were able to take care of my boy Miles. We were actually quite late to our appointment due to miss scheduling on my part. But they were kind enough to squeeze us in and get Miles up-to-date on all of his vaccines and even managed to still treat his allergies. Very thankful to Dr. Laura and her team.

My dog Layla (4 year old Chihuahua) had a dental extraction performed earlier that day at another vet and they did not send pain medication home with her. Later that night, she began moaning and whining in pain.The other facility was not opened and I resulted to Loving Touch Animal Hospital an hour before they closed. Dr. Hong gave her pain medication and Layla enjoyed the attention Dr. Hong gave her along with much love and holding her to calm her down. The staff there are great in handling and I highly recommend Dr. Hong. She showed much interest in my baby and was not make believe. She has proved that she loves her job and the animals there. Will be taking her there from now on.

If I could give negative stars I would! My dog was brought here by a groomer who cut her tongue while giving her a haircut. I understand accidents happen but my dogs tongue required stitched which means it was pretty bad. Upon arriving we were put in the room with the groomer who cut and transported my dog to the vet! I was very irritated at this and it made me uncomfortable but I dealt with it. Second red flag was the fact that I heard my dog bark/scream/howl I don’t know what to call it because I’ve never heard her make that sound in my life! Turns out she was barking over seeing “another dog” which I just dismissed cause at this point I was still processing all the blood I was seeing on my dogs snout.
