I've had a positive experience bringing my cat here for nail trims. The Lovely Pets employees are kind and efficient and provide great customer service. It's clear that they put the pets at ease as well - they get the job done quickly and my cat always seems perfectly calm afterwards.

The groomers at Lovely Pets are gentle, kind, and informative. They go above and beyond to make my dog comfortable, and even gave me some really helpful tips on how to make grooming easier on her in the future. Thank you to the staff for always taking their time and being patient with my anxious pup!

I have been taking my dog here for her monthly grooming for about 6 months and I am really happy with the level of service we receive. They've been really understanding with my dog, who can be nervous about bathtime, and it has been good to see how my dog gets more and more calm each time she goes. I would not go anywhere else!

Lovely Pets is my dog, Bingsu’s home away from home. We go there for everything - grooming, playtime, and boarding. Zuly treats Bingsu with so much love and care. Whenever we go to Lovely Pets, he cries outside with excitement to let him in. He can’t wait to say hello to Zuly, Javier, and all his furry friends. He doesn’t even look back to say goodbye 😂 I can’t thank Zuly and her team enough for being there for me and treating little Bingsu so well and looking so handsome. It’s been great to find someone who I can trust with the care of my fur baby🤩😍🥰
