As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Dr. Kara and her staff are always so gracious and kind; it is clear they truly enjoy what they do. They are loving and gentle with your baby. They take the time to explain everything so clearly. Not every vet is as understanding or down-to-earth. Unfortunately I had to let my sweet girl go. There is no one I would have trusted more in that moment than Dr. Kara. 💜💜💜

Dr Kara and her Staff are AMAZING! We moved from Ohio last year and our Beagle Archie was in pretty bad shape. Dr Kara took him under her wing, really cared and after a few months, Archie is like a 10 year old puppy. He has his hair back, goes on long walks daily, eats normal now and wants to play with toys everyday! THANK YOU Dr. Kara and Staff…..You are the Best!❤️

Dr. Kara and Samie, and everyone else, were absolutely wonderful to my Yaya and myself yesterday. It was a very hard decision but it was time for me to let go, and let my girl cross the 🌈 🌉 I was not ready 😭 I have sweet, wonderful memories of our 12 yrs together (she was 16yo, and a rescue doggie) and comfort knowing that she is healthy and whole again. Fly high my sweet girl 🐕 Thank you Dr. Kara, Samie, and staff of Loudon County Veterinarian Hospital.

Unfortunately, our visit did not go well. I hate to even provide this review, but I am because I'm upset that after we brought our dog, Pepper in to get treatment and x-rays that cost us a pretty penny, $776 our dog was not handled with great care. He was dragged and laid on the floor and stretched when we opened the door then told to close it. They did show us the x-rays an explained what they saw. We were told to watch him to see if he got worse and he did. We came back in 7 days to put our poor Pepper down and we were turned away and made to go to the Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Knoxville. Once there, they acted like we shouldn't have even come from Loudon to Lenoir City to Knoxville to have our dog seen. I said the staff at LC said we had come here. We were new to the area a

Our family just had to make the hardest decision any pet parent can make. We knew the day was coming, but you are never truly prepared to say goodbye. Dr. Kara and her staff were extremely empathetic and more importantly treated our dog Angel with so much kindness and allowed her to cross the rainbow bridge with a little dignity still intact. Phenomenal people work here, and we are so grateful they aided us during this difficult time.
