Dr Willis & assistant Hope were fantastic! We had an emergency today and were not established patients with the clinic. They got us on quickly, listened to our concerns with care, and explained everything thoroughly. We felt as though pricing was very fair as well. Our circumstances are unfortunate to meet, but we look forward to bringing Pippin back for his checkup in a few weeks, and going forward.

Dr. Archer is very courteous, caring and professional. The staff are respectful and helpful for the owner and pet upon arrival and departure. The clinic is extremely clean and presentable. Highly recommend Lenoir City Animal Clinic. Our cat "Ming" showed signs of improvement later that night and definitely the next day! Great experience! My cat was showing signs symptoms of distress late on a Saturday night. I was able to go online and get an appointment for Monday morning! Dr. Archer and Courtney were wonderful, taking great care with my formally feral cat, showing her great patience and tenderness. She was very afraid, and she was made comfortable by them. The professionalism, the level of care, the communication between the staff and myself regarding what was going to happen was fabulous, could not have been better. Wonderful experience. Literally could not have gone better and I’m happy to say two days later as I’m writing this my kitten is feeling like herself again! Thank you, Dr. Archer and Courtney, you are the best!

Merlin loves his visits to Lenoir City Animal Clinic! We rarely have to wait past our appointment time, everyone is friendly, they explain all the tests, treatments, and medication plus they often follow up with a call to be sure things are going well. Great place overall!

Absolutely the best Vet Clinic. I reached out day before a holiday with My baby Ollie peeing blood. A quick rapid reaction from Misty saved us from a long weekend of worry and anxiety. Misty is great - we thank you from the bottom of our heart! You will always have our business!
