My dog Bruno just had his first grooming session with Junior. Junior was so patient and definitely takes care during the entire process to make sure the dog is comfortable. Bruno looks great! Would highly recommend.

This was my first time book with Lou-Lou Pets Grooming! Junior was amazing with Hudson, who is as anxious as they come. Junior was great at making Hudson feel comfortable and giving him the perfect haircut!

I found LouLou Pets Grooming based on the needs for my cat to get her nails clipped. It had to be at home as she would is very feisty about getting into a carrier. The website asked me for three dates that worked for me. When I received a confirmation, I informed the groomers through text message that my cat is spicy and she doesn't allow people to cut her nails often. (Which is the reason we reached out). They said not a problem, they will send Junior who deals with cats like this. I received a text message a reminder, then a 20 min notification that Junior was on his way. Junior was amazing. He was kind and my cat seemed to go to him straight away. He was very calm around her. For a cat who hisses and tries to claw everyone in sight of you pet her the wrong way, she didn't mind him. Lou Lou small dog 🐕 Grooming is the BEST small dog groomers in NYC. Over the last 6 years I’ve went to several grooming shops with great disappointment! These groomers were not only unprofessional but also very poor workmanship. Lou Lou Groomer Junior was very gentle,articulate caring and patient with my dog. He was compassionate and attentive and absolutely professional. The service was excellent and the grooming was impeccable! The grooming services provided was excellent!
