Links Groom Room

We were in need of a new groomer, short notice, and Grace took us on as a new client and even got us in sooner than I expected. First impressions are important and I couldn't have asked for more. Very happy to have a wonderful new groomer!

Grace did such a wonderful job with my nervous kitty! She gave me a really thorough run-down of the process before she brought him back so I knew what to expect for him. After his haircut, she told me how he did and helped me figure out a good maintenance schedule for him. What really impressed me was how quickly my usually very skittish cat recovered once we got home. Usually after the vet or anything scary, he’s hiding for at least the rest of the day. But after seeing Grace, he was acting as if nothing had happened at all. Additionally, the last few days he has been SO much more cuddly and active, so I think he’s genuinely more comfortable in his new hairdo. Not to mention, he is looking handsome as can be!

My Ragdoll cat Toby somehow got a couple of nasty mats. I brought him to Grace at Links Spaw, and she was awesome! Toby loved her, too. We will be back!

Was having a hard time finding a groomer. I heard many good things about Links Spaw and decided to take our doggie Stella the Bernedoodle there. Grace is so sweet and professional. She greets Stella like she’s her own and is always excited to see her and vice versa. She does an excellent job and Stella looks beautiful and smells great! She even brushes her teeth. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

We are so happy that Grace is our Benji's groomer and that now she has her own place. She is such a lovely young lady and so professional! I am very particular on how Benjamin's hair is cut and she always advises me on what is best, putting Benji's comfort first.
