Healthy Paws Veterinary Clinic

This was our first time ever visiting this clinic, and from the very first call they were there for us. Our pup Sophie was sluggish in the morning and came inside with labored breathing. She didn’t move much but was still alert. I came home early to be with her and try to understand what was happening. My wife called and made an emergency appointment for later in the day but not even 15 minutes later, Sophie had her first and only seizure. It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. We called again, terrified she was in pain, and they told us to come in right away. When we arrived, they looked her over with such care and compassion. They told us what they noticed, explained our options, and answered every question through the sobs of my family and me. These ladies became part of our life story

On time. Fast & easy. Doesn't try to make me do a whole bunch of extensive & expensive testing when not needed. Dr Dejardin is WONDERFUL & you can tell she cares for each person & furry companion. Every person at clinic has gone above & beyond to make sure you have the quality of care your loved one deserves. I'm elated to have made the switch to this facility after my previous vet retired.

It was easy to get Lexi in, even though it was last minute. They got right back to me and managed to fit us in as an emergency visit. The vet and the vet's assistant were great and very knowledgeable. I've been to both Healthy Paws locations and the great customer service and knowledgeable staff really know what they are doing.

We had an outstanding experience with Healthy Paws in Sheboygan Falls for our puppy Teddy’s first checkup. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The level of service was excellent, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure both Teddy and I felt comfortable. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and educate me on how to properly care for my new puppy with confidence. The staff was very respectful of my dog and my time. I liked that when i called to make an appointment I was not instantly put on hold. When i got there, I didnt have to sit long in the waiting room. During the appointment the discussion was focused on my dog and understanding the care needed. The staff handled my dog kindly and made sure I understood his options. I was truly thankful for the entire process and am glad I switched to this vet. Their pricing is fair and laid out well on the invoice so its very clear. I would highly recommend them.
