First time bringing my pet to this clinic. I'm very pleased with the service here. Everyone was extremely compassionate and accommodating. I can't think of a single thing they could do better. Although I spent more than 7 hours here, I didn't feel I was being neglected or ignored. I wish I could give them a higher rating. Definitely will bring my pet back. January 3, 2026 Today we said goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Charlie—one of the hardest days of our lives. Irene and the entire team at Lincoln Veterinarian Pet Clinic were incredibly gentle, kind, and professional. Irene was compassionate all morning, even recognizing my voice each time I called. Her warmth and calm presence truly softened an unbearable moment. Charlie was treated with dignity and love, and we were met with genuine empathy. We are deeply grateful for the care and humanity shown to us on this difficult day. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Becker and the entire staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely kind and compassionate. From my initial phone call with Grace who was calm while booking my appointment for the same day, to Sarah who took great care of starting our intake process when we arrived, to Daniela who was so friendly and sweet to my pet, and to the absolutely incredible Dr. Amber Raduziner! I will be singing this woman's praises for all of time! Dr. Rad was so patient, calm and loving toward my very anxious dog. She spent so much time talking to me and trying to work with my pet to cooperate. In the end we had to decide together to sedate my pet because she was too anxious to participate.
