I have been waiting on my phone for 3 hours, and then the phone line goes dead. So I called again, and am waiting again. My last shipment was wrong, I order 1 bag of older dog food, not a second bag of regular food. So I now have and paid for dog food I don't use. I have another 2 bags coming in December, why, I order every 10 weeks, not 77 days. I don't need ANOTHER wrong bag of dog food. If this isn't rectified, I will cancel my credit card number, to stop another order going through. I need the wrong bag of food returned, I received 1 bag of older dog food in May 2025, another in July 2025, these orders were correct. Why is the order for 2 bags now?, I need this changed. I've been online, the online changes don't work.

Up until recently we have had nothing but good experiences with Life's Abundance. But apparently their current technology "upgrade" has caused their responsive service to disappear. Their phone lines are busy all day. Messages are not returned and online orders are not being processed on a timely basis. If they are looking for a good way to alienate their customers they are on the right track to do so. Updated review: Unfortunately the service has gotten worse since my original issue weeks ago. The website frequently errored out when trying to update an order. So then customers get stuck in the phone system that is unable to place an order. Calls are not returned at all. The phone message says that they are working diligently to solve the problem, but when calls cannot get through

Still haven't fixed their communication issues. Trying to update my authorship. Never had opportunity to change it last time-shipment was on my front porch! Now their ship another order on October 31st -an order I don't need right now. Can't get through to them via the app, email or phone!!' Could someone please explain what's going on & help your loyal customer?

Ordered my new puppies food online and my order was ready to pick up in 30 min at the Crystal Lake, IL warehouse. The warehouse was clean and the young man handling my order and paperwork was presentable, courteous and professional.
