PetSmart

I made an appointment with Kris today for a grooming appointment and it was the first time I made an appointment with her. I have been going to PetSmart for years with my dog and they have giving me some pointers that my dog is a bit nervous and does not like when they blow dry him and cut his hair around the face, but they still get the job done either way. I had to take my dog to get groomed today as it's my only day off. Kris was the only one available and my dog growled at her, mind you, my dog is like 25 pounds and is a mini goldendoodle, and she immidetly said she couldn't take him and didn't really try anything to calm him down. The other groomers gave him treats to calm him down, took their time and figured out a way to groom him even if he was a bit nervous and on high alert. It s

Went in to buy a cat water fountain for my Mom, since the last one (from PetSmart) lasted 10+ years. Mayah was very helpful with choosing a new one! Petsafe Outlast Pumpless Pet Fountain. Mom's cats love it

The cashier was extremely helpful. We changed food brands for our nine month old dog and she was very knowledgeable in the brand we selected. She was for sure correct as he had no issues with the transition and loves his new food!

We got there at 230 for a 3 to 4 time slot for shot clinic. Stood in line behind at least 40 people. Waited til 3... Then 330.. then they announced that anyone who prepaid for shot packages got to go first. About 10 people went ahead. we just needed a rabies there was no option to prepay for one shot. At 345 after line had not moved at all we left. Also it was extremely hot in the back of the store with all those people with the outside temp at 95 they should have jacked the air. Will spend money at local vet. On top of that they claim.this is a stress free event for your dog!! Not with 40 dogs in line it's not!!!!

I am a regular at this store, and today I would just like to recognize one of the employees Max. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers, I would like to see this girl get a raise or some recognition. Rob the manager is always so nice when I come in and I’m just so pleased everytime I come in. Thank you keep up the great work :)
