Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff is so friendly. Dr. Sarah Derringer is awesome!!! She made me feel like my dog was her top priority, and I could tell she genuinely cared. She not only provided the care my Aussie needed, but also took the time to comfort me too! I really appreciated how she listened to my concerns and offered a range of treatment options that fit my budget without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

11 OCT 2025 – I had to make the heartbreaking call to share that my beloved dog, Chase, had passed away. Diana, you are truly an incredible person—thank you for listening with compassion and helping me through one of the most difficult moments of my life. That day was anything but easy. Today, 21 OCT, Chase's urn has been picked up, and he is finally home. I’m deeply grateful to this facility for the care and respect shown throughout. Thank you for treating my baby with such kindness. I appreciate you more than words can say.

Thank you so much to the staff at lifeline animal urgent care. We brought in our dog to take care of an animal bite on his tail. We got in quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. First time for any emergency service and we had a great experience Thank you for making the process easy for all parties. Would definitely use them again.

So glad I came across this place, my newly adopted dog had licked his incision site after being neutered 4 days ago at the shelter I rescued him from. The eCollar from the shelter was slightly not large enough and apparently was able to get to it if I wasn't watching. Dr Derringer and staff was friendly & kind, took him right in, and fixed him right up. I will take him back for a recheck & the staple removal. I was so thankful she was able to address his needs with such care & attentiveness. She took the time to answer all my questions & let me know I could contact them with any concerns. I will definitely be back here for any future urgent care needs & encourage others to give them a try!

Cheyenne and her team have been nothing but AMAZING!! When it comes to my fur babies health I can definitely be a crazy mama and this clinic has not only been extremely informative, but has also has very fair prices!! I recommend this clinic to everyone! Love love love
