The veterinarian that I typically go to did not have an opening to see my dog and so I called LVC and they were able to see us right away. The staff was super friendly and immediately took a liking to my dog. I was offered a refreshment when I came in which was nice. Dr. Adams was great!! Knowledgeable, good bed side manner, and a good communicator. Dr. Adams took the time to contact my normal vet for record history just to be thorough. They were upfront with the pricing and the pricing was reasonable. This morning they reached out to me to make sure my dog was OK. Needless to say I am impressed. Great job guys!!

I recently moved back to the Philadelphia area and had a immediate need with my sidekick Dawkins, a 7-year old Chocolate Labrador. I was fortunately referred to the Clinic by a current employee I trusted (Alanna). Right away the welcoming receptionists, staff greet you and you feel like you are in the right place. I naturally turned to Dr. Patten and the LVC team for his annual check up and vaccination updating - it was an easy choice after my initial experience. Do not hesitate, I give them my full trust for the my best buddy. So can you.

Front staff is very friendly & organized, techs are very knowledgable (and will ensure you get answers from the vet if they don't have the answers themselves), vets are lovely and good at explaining. We've been with them for a few years, through the rescue of 3 pets and loss of 1. They work with us on our animals who are good at the vet, and those who are not. Very accommodating and willing to do extra for pets who have specific needs during visits. Great experience all around!

My cat was a former patient here. The staffs were nice, but I didn't like their system. When I bring in my cat, a tech usually takes her to the back right away for a blood draw. I always thought that was odd because I would like to talk to the vet first about my concerns so they can decide what labs to run. I have only been to 2 different practices, but the other place always did everything in the exam room when I'm present. I also didn't like how I had to wait in the exam room all by myself for 20-30 minutes not knowing what's happening to my baby. I'm sure they have their own reasoning, but it just wasn't a good fit for me and my cat.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for years and have always had a great experience, however just this past week Liberty showed why it is truly an amazing place. This last week was an extremely scary time for us when our almost 8 year old dog was really sick for the first time. By husband was able to bring her in immediately same day. She saw Dr Adams who was so helpful - ordering all the right diagnostic testing to rule out emergencies but her symptoms were so vague it was really hard to figure out what was going on. Her blood tests and X-rays were all reassuring. The following day, the staff called to check in on her. She was now exhibiting new symptoms which helped us narrow down the cause of her illness. Again, the receptionists were so helpful at getting us another appointment immediat
