Absolutely love the selection at Leones a nice variety of items for pets. A perfect pet store for all your need and the staff are very nice.

Normally super friendly, but the last time we were there they over changed my girlfriend by like 40 bucks(instead of hitting [email protected], they hit 41.19), we had to drive a half hour back at 9 at night and when we told them what happened they didn't even react just kept hunting the spider that had got in... After telling a bunch of random stories and waisting more of our night they eventually fixed their mistake. With as pricey as this place already is this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth that I might pick a new place to get pet supplies just saying.

Had a great first in-store experience and ended up buying couple bags of treats and food. However, when I called and wanted to return one of the treats that I didn’t even open, they said they do not do returns. I mean I wasn’t told and this is the only pet store I know can not return with any circumstances. Disappointed.

Rude and overpriced. I was there with my mom last weekend and saw a cat tree that she wanted to buy without a price tag. We asked the price to the employees and they fumbled around for a while, and they went to the front, and came back and said it was $159. My mother purchased it. There was no mention to us, on the website, or on the receipt that the store does not accept any returns. This weekend, we were out shopping and saw the same exact cat tree at Pet Supplies Plus for $78. I called and spoke with an employee twice who was extremely rude to me and said I needed to speak with the owner. After multiple tries, I finally spoke with the owner and explained the situation, and that the tree has not even yet been removed from the car. She informed me that she is a small business and ne
