DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I originally had an appointment for today, but ended up having the day off so I called to see if I could get Bailey in a day early. To my surprise they were very willing to take her. Here’s where I blame myself. I ignored my gut. My gut told me this wasn’t the place for my dog, however I chalked it up to it being a new place and I was just nervous. I love my dog with all my heart and ultimately she is all I have. So I’m very protective of her. I asked what I needed to bring with me and they said her rabies shot info. I said okay I’ll see you shortly. Upon arrival I came in and no one was at the front desk. So I waited a couple minutes because clearly they had to hear the door. It’s not a light door. I eventually said hello, and no one came. I could hear them in

I regret taking my dogs back here after previous incidents, and this visit confirmed that concern. Every time they come here, they return with injuries. This time, one of my dogs had a significant scratch on her paw, and her eye is extremely red and irritated. At this point, this is no longer an isolated incident — it is a pattern. Whether this is due to poor handling, unsafe conditions, or lack of supervision, it is unacceptable. Dogs should never come home injured from a place that is supposed to provide care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!! they listened the first time and we were pleased with the service. Today, was a horrible/different outcome! My yorkie was supposed to only get a sanitary cut which is trimming the fur from the underbelly, anus, and genitals. He came back bald !!! All the hair that was being grown on top of his head and ears and face was cut off !! So angry because it took 8 months to get the hair length and they just did their own thing and charged full price for it !!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Le Paws for years, and I can confidently say this is the best grooming salon I’ve ever brought my pets to. The owner, Pam, is incredibly knowledgeable—if you have a question about your pet, she’ll have the answer. Her passion and experience really show. Haley, the assistant, is always so warm and welcoming. She makes drop-off feel easy and comforting, both for you and your furry friend. To those leaving negative reviews complaining about smells or barking—let’s be real for a second. It’s a pet grooming salon. Dogs bark, they have accidents, and yes, sometimes it smells like a place that works with animals all day. That’s completely normal. And for those upset that their dog “screams” during nail trims—that’s probably why you’re bringing them to professionals

The owner is very sweet!! We were able to get my Pomeranian brushed out instead of shaving those spots! Very happy with the service and would definitely go again!! She even gave us complimentary treats!! I highly recommend going here!!!
