She does a great job with my long haired Chihuahua. She usually only has 1-2 dogs at a time which I love. She takes her time. Jessica is a great person and groomer!

Jess, the owner, is absolutely fantastic!! Wonderful facility, easy to get to. We have 2 shih tzus which require a detailed cut. Jess was very through with our thoughts and what we preferred for our 2 fur kids. We so appreciated that she cared about them and we had no question our babies were in the best of care. When we picked them up they looked beautiful and happy!! So happy to find Jess!!

The owner, Jessica, really does care for all dogs and it shows. She is a natural with them. I refer all of my friends and family for grooming and boarding. Me forwarding her page to a coworker is the reason I’m writing a review now.

This was our first experience with boarding one of our fur babies, and I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else again. Jessica (the owner) is extremely professional, reliable, reasonable, and loves what she does. She loved my heeler just like her own dogs the week she was there. She also sent pics and updates of how Heidi was doing while I was away. Her facility is located in the quiet country and very clean. I also had her groom Heidi during her stay and she did an excellent job with that as well. This is the only place I will ever take my doggies for grooming and boarding. I HIGHLY recommend her for both. She is definitely a home away from home for your babies.

We've been looking to replace our groomer and Jessica was awesome! My dog is old and very nervous. She did a great job cutting his hair. He really liked her, I could tell by the way he acted when I arrived back to pick him up. She was very sweet and loving. The best place for grooming in madisonville!
