Lake Cross Veterinarian Hospital /T4 Paws provided excellent customer service. We were there for the T4 radioactive dye injection.Their staff., Susie, Brittany and Becki were all very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know something they asked. They were patient and didn’t rush you. They made you feel like an important customer. I appreciate every single person I came in touch with. Dr. Kari Hyatt was also great. She called with updates, as well as, her staff. At discharge Dr. Hyatt met with you in person, in the conference room. There she gave me a paper with highlighted information on it. Dr. Hyatt made sure you thoroughly understood everything and said, call anytime if we had questions. I know our fur baby was a little fussy and they took great care of her. Had to shoutout whoever did this - my cat, named Chicken, had a procedure at LakeCross. When we got home, I noticed her bandage had chickens on it. So thoughtful and funny, made me laugh after a stressful day. Just an example of the little things that make this office great!

Excellent care of my kitty who was going through the T4 treatment, calls from them everyday with updates. Kind and wonderful people! Highly recommend them for any service but especially the T4 treatment.

Not a good first impression. I waited two weeks and never received a response to either my first or second email. Prompt communication is important to me, so I won’t be using this place for my pets if simple contact form emails aren’t answered.

Dr. KERA HEMSTREET opened a practice!!!! I followed her with my 14 year old Boston Terrier from a local practice. The new office is gorgeous (Huntersville location) and the staff is incredible. Dogs stay in room for exam with owners 😃. Practice focuses on whole health and quality of life for pets.
