Lake Shore Pet Club

I found Lake Shore Pet Club online after moving to Chicago in early December, and in a bind, needing someone to watch my cats while I was home for Christmas. Miguel, the owner, was more than happy to accommodate my needs on such short notice. His customer service is outstanding - and he was extra patient working with me to sort out a situation with my keys that came up while I was gone. You can tell he is passionate about animals, and really takes the time to care for your pets. I received daily updates on his visits, and came home to two happy cats. So glad I found Lake Shore Pet Club. Would recommend to anyone!!

My wife and I had a very positive experience working with Miguel and Lake Shore Pet Club! Miguel began walking our dog very shortly after we adopted him. We only needed dog walking services 2x/week and Lake Shore Pet Club does not require a minimum amount of walks per week. Both this and their low rates make them a unique service (we did our research). After each walk, Miguel would send a text (and sometimes a picture) updating me on how the walk went and how our dog behaved. Needless to say, our recently adopted puppy had some less than desirable tendencies. Miguel took a strong interest in him to improve his walking skills and behavior in the house. I could not be happier to have found Miguel and Lake Shore Pet Club. He's so good with my cats (who can be very shy and anxious around new people), and it's evident in how he interacts with them and how he talks about his business that he genuinely cares about animals—not just those he's sitting for, but animals everywhere. Miguel also makes sure my home is left clean, always shows up on time, sends notes and photos during his visits, and has been available for me on short notice without issue. It's that kind of commitment and professionalism that I love. As a former pet sitting business owner and pet sitter myself, I can't recommend Lake Shore Pet Club highly enough.

Lake Shore Pet Club was recommended to me by a friend who relies upon the services. Miguel is courteous, prompt, and professional. When I have seen him interact with my dog, and other dogs, I can see pure joy on both sides. When using Lake Shore Pet Club, I never have to worry about the dogs being walked on time or getting enough attention / play time while I am working. He also stayed with my dog while I was out of town. It was the perfect answer to my business needs. I plan to utilize his services every time my dog and I are in Chicago and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pet services.

Miguel has watched my cats for a number of occasions now, and it has always been a pleasant experience.
