Don't trust your pets with LaBest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who loves their animals. We toured the facility and were promised private rooms for both our dog and cat. That’s the only reason we booked. Instead, we picked up our anxious dog from a chain-link cage in a loud room full of barking dogs. Our dog came home with a scratch on her eyelid, also hacking and wheezing with kennel cough!! Our cat was supposed to stay in the actual cat room with space, sunlight, and cat trees. Instead, she was kept in a tiny glass box, like a pet store display, with her litter, food, and bed all crammed inside. This happened because LaBest overbooked the cat room. They claim it’s “first come, first serve,” but that is simply not true. Being first does not guarantee your pet the space you w

I have had wire fox terriers for almost 20 years, and LaBest is by far the best grooming experience and breed cut we’ve ever had!! Not all groomers are knowledgeable of the appropriate cut for this breed, but LaBest nails it. Their Prissy Pet program keeps Penny looking her best. It’s hard to find a groomer who will hand strip and card the coat, but LaBest does it all. Staff is very patient, and makes the grooming experience less stressful. I highly recommend LaBest!

We adopted scribble at 3 years old from a rescue, he was basically feral he did not know sit, wait, or even what a leash was! he was extremely jittery around the leash and an extremely hyper dog. Since he completed “novice 1” and one week of lodge and learn with Jamie he is a completely different dog! He knows all basic commands, walks beautifully on the leash, and is much more calm and responsive to us at home. We researched many different options for a “boot camp” style of training for scribble but didn’t feel any of them were the right fit for him as he is extremely emotional and codependent. I trust everything they offer at La Best, Jamie is an incredible trainer and it’s obvious she loves her job. Thank you everyone at La Best!!!!

I’ve just started taking my new pup to LaBest. We've done daycare, training and boarding and I have been thoroughly pleased with all of it. The staff is so caring to my timid girl, and are so helpful to me. I highly recommend LaBest!

We did training with Jamie for our 1 year old dog Millie and we loved it! Jamie is so great and we learned so much on how to train and take care of her. If you’re looking for training, Jamie at LaBest is amazing!
