Had a great dog washing and treat selection experience here today! Our older dog is easily overstimulated and staff member, Ryan, was so helpful in keeping her calm, preoccupied, and providing us with recommendations on treats that would suit her. He helped get us set up at the dog washing station and walked us through the process from start to finish. Our dog ended up having a wonderful experience for which we will most definitely be returning. We highly recommend this place!!!

I really do enjoy this spot and appreciate the unique offerings they carry, especially supporting local brands like Treats Unleashed. However, I had a disappointing customer service experience recently. We picked up a bag of treats that had a clear price tag, but at checkout, it rang up higher. As a small business owner myself, I know mistakes happen—but I also know that my mistakes should not fall onto the customer. Instead of adjusting the price or acknowledging the mix-up, we were simply asked if we still wanted the item, that’s not the price. They did begin pulling the rest of the bags off the shelf, realizing they had either mispriced them or failed to remove the original tags before stocking. Have been bringing our dogs here for years. Our first dog was reactive to other dogs and they always were so accommodating to us. Then when she passed away we adopted another dog and started bringing him. He loves everyone but hates getting his nails trimmed. Haley in grooming does such a good job with him. He is a nervous boy but she is so patient with him.

Best little dog secret in town. Looks small from the road and you most likely have passed it a few hundred times without noticing. Awesome pet store, far better than the big stores with everything you could possibly need for your little friend. They have grooming and a super convenient self grooming stations that is awesome right after a visit to the dog park, and for a good price too. Easy parking, awesome homemade treats, and a little bench you can sit at outside with your buddy. Only thing missing was an outdoor trash can. Highly recommended!

I got a peanut butter & vanilla cake for my pug's 13th birthday. She loved the cake. The staff at the shop were fantastic. They were excited for me to see the cake & It was perfect. Highly recommend paying them a visit.
