Horrible experience! This is the second time I have tried to go through them for a grooming/nails. The first time was 4 years ago. I went with my pug to get her nails done. She was just a puppy she yelped when they did her nails and they told me if she didn't calm down I would have to take her to a vet to get her nails done. I found another groomer that took her and she has been fine but recently their facility closed down. This past weekend I decided to try them again. It's been 4 years and they probably had new staff. I took my lab up there to get groomed. She is really easy and good for everybody. I recently brought my rescue Belgian Malinois in to get her nails trimmed. She has a lot of trust issues and I was worried but decided to try, the employees were absolutely amazing and allowed me to go back with her and hold her while they slowly clipped each nail. I definitely will be returning.

Puppy came in was cleaned, bathed nails clipped very happy with her out come. She's a senior 16+years old .

I averaged my review between grooming and boarding. I give a 5 star for their grooming but a 2 for boarding. We tried this place by because it was cheaper than where we usually take our dogs. I dropped my dogs off clean and shampooed but when I picked them up after just one night away, one of my dogs smelled like poop and her butt and upper thighs had poop stains which has never happened at other pet boarding businesses. The lady handing me the dogs said "maybe she is passing gas." I had to bathe her again and wash her bed when I got home. Will take them back to the former boarding worth paying the extra to ensure a clean pup.
