Fantastic experience with KW Cages. We ordered, hoping they would get to us in time for our show, and this company did not disappoint! They are well-made, look classy, sturdy, and lightweight at the same time. We were proud to share the website with multiple folks in our area looking for show solutions. Would recommend ordering well in advance of the date they are needed (which I will do next time!). Thanks for the great products and service!

I purchased a set of clippers for my rabbit from their website, made in the USA, what I received was not what was pictured on the site at all, and what I received specifically says "copper wire clippers made in Italy" on the handle. Customer service was no help, they said they're may have been a change in the manufacturer's supply chain and I "received the correct item" in spite of what was actually pictured/described being completely different and what I received being unusable. Waste of money.

Shipping is nonexistent. Communication is nonexistent as well. They send you 1 email to say "thank you for your payment and check the website for your shipping timeframe". Per the website, the items I purchased were in stock and ready to ship. Up to 3 business days for you to process and up to 5 business days for it to arrive at my house. I have reached out via email a few times with no response. I have called during their business hours and was left with a "no one available" or "calling outside of business hours" when per the website, I am not? Going on 3rd week of no order received, no tracking, no nothing. If you purchase from them, probably just do so at a rabbit show so you can take it home the same day. Hello, I made it clear that I wanted a refund not a replacement as I was forced to purchase another cage because of the damage caused by free roaming my bunnies because I sold my old cage when I received this one and it ended up damaged. I feel like I am not being listened to as a customer. I purchased another cage and you're sending me another! I already informed you that I am unable to return the other cage because it was used so I wanted a refund. KW had a convention, I was told so you did not get back to me on time and now I have to incur this additional cost! I don't think so, please assist. I don't want to have to do "Return To Sender." B. My problem is, I ordered a cage and was told a certain date for arrival and called a week and a half later and they said it would be shipped out tomorrow. I've been waiting for a cage that was supposed to be here a week and a half ago. I ask for a cancelation, and they said they would put it in and see if it would go through. I hope so. Shipping is very slow from the time you order.
