Our beloved little Pomeranian was sick for quite a while, and Jamacha Pet vets was very compassionate with their suggestions. When it came time to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Shayna, we chose Jamacha Pet vets, and I'm so grateful we did. The entire team was incredibly compassionate, gentle and understanding during one of the hardest moments of our lives, they truly treated Shana and us with the respect and tenderness we deserved. What made the experience a little more bearable with their quiet private room where we could relax, spent time cuddling & talking to you and loving on Shayna before the final injection. My dog is leash aggressive and the staff is always so accommodating! They take him through the back and keep him secluded. It takes so much stress and anxiety off both me and my dog. I absolutely love the staff. No matter how busy or under staffed they are you wouldn’t know while interacting with them. The entire staff from front desk to vet techs to the vets are always so kind and willing to take their time and help in anyway possible. I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. This was my first visit to Jamacha Pet Friends and I was very pleased. After 15 years with my prior vet (who retired) I was skeptical of who to establish new care for my dogs. My French Bulldog suddenly came down with an ear infection and my prior vet couldn’t see him for a week. A friend recommended HPF and they got me in the next morning. I saw Dr. Jager and she was awesome! Dr Jager is very smart and explained everything that was going on with my dog and in detail. The vet tech that assisted Dr jager was great too. They handled my dog who was in obvious discomfort very well and treated him right after the consultation. They explained the course of treatment and exactly how to perform the care at home. We got a puppy after being pet free for many years. We were very concerned about finding a good veterinary clinic. The vets we had for our first two dogs had retired and we tried two different clinics with our last dog, and we're not happy with the care at all. We are so happy to have our new puppy under the care of the staff at Jamacha Pet Vets. You can just tell they love animals. All the techs had an instant connection with Hannah and Dr. Wettergren was great. She gave us lots of good information and explained things well.
