The blonde-haired cashier was very short with her responses and made me feel rushed out of the store. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. Several areas of the store were also disorganized, items out of place and same products with different prices! No bueno!!🚫🤦🏼‍♀️ For a better experience, I’d recommend Village pet and feed, healthy pet pantry, and happy pet, they’re great!👍 12/30/26

I won’t be coming back to this place. It’s unfortunate because it’s down the street from my house but I would rather make the drive elsewhere than deal with the terrible customer service. The young ladies are always rude and the old lady with the long mullet always has a stank attitude and when I go and purchase reptile food she just throws items across the table. I would rather support another small business since these people like to treat their customers like trash.

I’ve been coming to All For Pets for a long time, and I used to really enjoy the service here. Lately though, I’ve noticed they may be informative but the customer service has gone down hill drastically. The staff doesn’t seem as friendly or attentive as they used to be, and the overall experience just isn’t what it was at the beginning of the year. I hope things improve, because this was one of my favorite places to visit…Shame to leave when it used to be so good.

They just lost a customer today. I'm all about supporting smaller, independently owned local businesses, especially female owned, but after today, I won't be coming back. Last time I shopped here, they short changed me by $10.00. Like I'm not going to notice. I noticed. I said something, and she didn't even apologize or seem embarrassed. They are never friendly or customer service oriented towards me. Maybe it's because I'm Spanish and German, but look more middle eastern. I don't get it. I'm the customer. I'm not the one who should greet and acknowledge you when I walk in. I just refuse to spend money at a business that doesn't make me feel welcomed. Kahoots at Grossmont next to Trader Joe's is so much friendlier! This place can learn from them.

First time here today, not a bad experience. Found a new dog food for my dog to try. I didn’t catch her name but the cashier lady was nice.
