Krystal is AMAZING and exceeded my expectations. I told her what I wanted and informed her of the bad experience I had at a different place, and she listened. She was very sweet and caring when my boy was scared. The service and the experience was above and beyond. I will continue to bring my dog/dogs here from now on. Highly recommend (:

Best groomer ever! Krystal has gone above and beyond to slowly work with my standard poodle who is terrified of loud noises such as hair dryers and clippers. Some other groomers turned her away but Krystal did not. She made a routine for my dog so that my dog was more comfortable and familiar with the process.

Excellent Grooming Experience for Leo! I absolutely adore Krystal's Fur Baby Salon! Leo, my furry friend, always comes back from his bath and cut looking and feeling amazing. His coat is incredibly soft and beautifully cleaned. The staff at Krystal's treat Leo with love and provide that extra care he deserves. I highly recommend this family-owned dog grooming business. I had to debate overnight whether I wanted to leave a review for Krystal. We've brought our dogs to other highly knowledgeable groomers before but went to Krystal since it was closer to my house. I wished I had asked my neighbor about her business sooner or I never would have agreed to allow the dogs to be dropped off. My roommate was helping me drop off our dogs to Krystal to try out. When she came back, she told me about the argument she had with the mother. The mother questioned 1. our dogs breed aka does not exist, 2. stated whereever we got the dogs, they are making fraud claims on the breed and we need to get our money back 3. we lack of knowledge about dog grooming and 4. bashed on our previous 2 groomers. It did not sit well in our stomach and I told her let's go get our dogs bac

Worst groomer in Elk Grove. Her Grandma an amazing groomer. When she retired we tried Krystal and she did an awful job. There was a lady there crying what she did to her dog and that should've been our first clue but we decided to give her a chance. She made our dogs look awful, didn't trim their nails. When we called her she didn't care to fix them or do anything about it. It's really too bad because her Grandma was an amazing groomer. Happy we found a new one. Don't trust her with your animal.
