Abigail is incredibly sweet and does an amazing job grooming the girls. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure they are well cared for. One of the things I appreciate most is that she goes the extra mile—carefully trimming and filing their nails and making sure their ears are clean. Thank you so much! I was a little worried about taking my Malti-Shihpoo to a new groomer because he has very sensitive skin. However, Abigail was absolutely incredible! She took the time to examine his paws, ears, and the hidden spots covered by his thick fur, and she explained how to care for him after the grooming was done. Abigail handled my fur baby with such patience and love. Three hours later, he came out smelling amazing and looking like a gentleman with a necktie around his neck. I have been facing ongoing difficulties with trimming my dog's nails. Ginger, a Labrador Weimaraner mix, had been going to a grooming facility in Elk Grove. When we recently visited, the lobby door opened as a client was entering, and Ginger rapidly exited the premises, crossing the parking lot to our car without incident. This is when I realized that she previously had an unpleasant experience there. As a result, I have been anxious about the potential harm her long nails could cause. Abi is very thorough I like her how she groom my two dogs very kind, and helpful too, assisting me to put out and bring back the dog inside our car, being an old lady like me really needs an assistance. Thank for her kindness ❤️

Called in to make a last minute appointment, turns out to be the best decision ever! She did amazing, my puppy loved her too! Highly recommend.
