My response to him from his message without hearing my side. Hi Kobie, I’m displeased with your response because I’ve been a great customer to this establishment. Never had any challenges with a single person there. I assumed we had a great rapport. Please note: I’m entitled to express my grievance pertaining to the tightness of the collar around my dog’s neck. I’m witnessing him intensely grasping for air and trying to clear his throat. I just asked that she loosen the collar because he looked extremely uncomfortable and I was scared for my dog. This is my emotional support animal and to see his facial expression, an expression of discomfort, I just wanted it to be addressed immediately. There was no yelling that took place from my end. We love Jenna, Kayla and the rest of the staff at Kolby's Klips. Chico is always so happy to see a couple his favorite people, despite hating getting groomed. That says enough for me. Super responsive to your preferences as far as the cut goes. They are affordable for our budget, which is a big plus. Chico has been a client for almost two years!

Matt is great! I have been following Matt from different salons since 2018 not including when his mom used to groom my pets in NJ, he is a great groomer, and definitely worth following if he moves salons. I definitely recommend him he’s the only person I’ve trusted with my pets for years!! Anyone is lucky to have him and my doggie is always so happy after going to see him he even knows his name by now “Wanna go get a haircut from Matt?” His tail Immediately wags nonstop. Matt Carfi everyone! He is the BEST !!!

When our dog passed away, we texted our main contact at Kolby’z Klipz to let them know given we had an upcoming appointment, and they ignored our messages, which we thought was pretty disgusting behavior for a group that works closely with dogs on a daily basis. I would reconsider bringing your dog to a place like this!!

Thank you to the lovely staff for the wonderful haircuts on Eleanor, Sara, and Maggie. Maggie, our 3 pawed pup, says thank you to Krysta for taking special care of her even with her anxiety. All came home happy and feeling much lighter!
