They did decent grooming when I went to them once before, but to be honest they have horrible attitudes here... just mean and rude over the phone. Hopefully they work on the attitudes so they will get 4 stars....

Shelly is the best with my little pup. We love all the ladies here. Go see them!

They are so patient with my nervous dog and my younger dog! They are affordable and kind. You can normally get an appointment pretty quick and they always have the cutest bandanas!

Went into kims suds n shears this morning and was greeted with a just a minute I'll be right with you. So I waited for a while, and then decided to go to my car and get my phone, and when I returned, some lady from the back started yelling at me very rudely stating I wish you wouldn't do that, and I said do what, I assumed it was the door bell, because she said every time the bell goes off it excited the animals. We'll I don't know anything about your door bell system, I feel that you were very rude and need some pointers on customer service.

Came here the first time they said my yorkie poo would be $55 next time, i came for the 2nd time they said it would be more than $55 because she’s “matted” when that is how her fur is and was the first time she came because she is half poodle . So they lied to me about a set price so i will not be coming back
