I cannot say enough amazing things about Kiln Creek Animal Care — and especially Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is absolutely incredible. She has a way with Walker that is so special. She gets down on the floor with him, speaks his language, plays with him, and earns his trust before even beginning an exam. That level of care and patience means everything to me. Walker has had a very rough first year of life — parvo at just 4 months old, kennel cough, pneumonia — and he is alive because of the team here. Their quick action, knowledge, and dedication truly saved him. Last night, I ran in quickly to pick up medication and left Walker in the car since I was only going to be a minute. Dr Lee and all her Amazing team went above and beyond. They did everything they could to help us with My Roxie. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do for her with age and conditions. They only charged me for what was absolutely necessary and made the transition for my girl as easy and comfortable as possible. She even personalized Roxie’s last meal with some of her favorite treats.

I'm extremely happy with the care that Kiln Creek Animal Care has provided to my dog. Staff members are very polite, caring, and helpful. Dr. Crist has been amazing. She's kind, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Kiln Creek Animal Care for all your pets needs.

1. More expensive than other Veterinary clinics. 2. Dr. Harrison does not actively listen to what you’re saying! Dr. Harrison genuinely acted like my dog, Caezar (8 months old), was dying, despite me telling her the only con was he had bloody diarrhea. He was eating normal, running/walking normal, playing with toys, very high energy (puppy behavior) and more things of that nature! We were going on 6 mile walks too! No signs of ANYTHING until the diarrhea started, which turned into having blood in it. We had just gotten Caezar from the shelter. Was I concerned about bloody diarrhea? Absolutely. Did I think he was in a near dearth situation? No because he was NOT lethargic. Did Dr. Harrison make it seem that way? YES! “He may not wake up tomorrow if we don’t give him these medications” were

I cannot give this place and its staff enough praise. My fiancé had to make the difficult decision to put his dog down, and it was challenging to find a vet open on a Saturday that accepted walk-ins. Their pricing was very reasonable, but more importantly, the compassion they showed was beyond measure. The vet gave the dog snacks and even played her favorite song, making her final moments filled with comfort and love. The staff’s kindness didn’t end there—they later sent a sympathy card signed by the entire team. I highly recommend this vet to anyone!
