Hello , normally I let things go over my head and let it go. I feel it’s only right to share our experiences to the public. This morning my mom called this clinic for my understanding this clinic is supposed to be an animal hospital not just a regular clinic. We called them bcs our dog is having some major problems , the lady that picked up the phone said oh well we’re not taking in any animals and then say yeah he needs to be seen tho by someone else and not to mention she all seemed aggravated to even be on the phone. Thank god someone else was able too see him .

Me and my husband have took our animals here for years, but will no longer be bringing them in ever again. The staff that worked there a year ago was so kind and professional and unfortunately not a single one was in sight. The current staff is very rude and unprofessional and seems like they have never worked in the vet field. The male doctor is very rude to the staff and must think we can’t hear the way he speaks to his employees. I have seen both doctors and to be honest I’m not sure how the female doctor passed her final exam. She seems very clueless.

This place is a joke. I gave them another chance and they treated my dog like trash. She has high anxiety. The girl with the braces and hot pink scrubs on that “assisted” and checked me out was rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. I will never return. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Carolyn Kelley. I have been going there for a year with my little one, whom is very feisty. Dr. Kelley is very thorough and takes the time to explain every detail. When waiting on results at home, she calls personally and takes the time to make sure you understand her findings. I am so glad we chosen Kelly Hospital when we moved here. Not disappointed at all. Her staff are friendly but one in particular is exceptionally good with my Bella. She has taken to Amy whom is so calm and can get Bella to cooperate. I always need Amy to be working when I take my Bella in. Don't hesitate to reach out to Kelley Hospital when looking for wonderful respectful services.
