Kaibab Veterinary Clinic

I have brought my dog Ross here for 3 years (since he was a puppy) he loves the staff! The staff are all very gentle and professional. They always take such good care of him! Today he got his teeth cleaned! I took him because all of his molars had brown build up on them, I was worried that staining might be permanent but they polished and cleaned his teeth very pearly white!

We have two very timid and anxious cats. We've been to this vet a few times over the last year and a half. At Kaibab, the staff are extremely considerate of our cats and do not man-handle the cats. They're gentle and allow us to handle the cat if needed. They're patient, kind, and treat us AND our animals with respect! They double verified what tests we want to run (including pricing) and let us know what products to use with our cats (even ones not sold on site). They even provided education for us to take with us. I would highly recommend this INCREDIBLY cat friendly vet clinic!

I adopted a cat from Coconino Humane Association on Sunday, January 25th. On Friday, January 30th, I brought her into Kaibab for a general checkup and to ask some questions and they diagnosed her with Stomatitis and quoted me $2500 for extractions while providing no other options for treatment and no additional context for her diagnosis. Today, I brought her to a different veterinary clinic for a second opinion and she has a mouth and kidney infection and a high fever that Kaibab did not make me aware of or indicate was a possibility from her diagnosis. They were very pleasant and friendly at Kaibab, but were more focused on getting me to buy products from their clinic than actually treating my pet. Dr. Martin was the one who examined our girl. I am not happy with the care they provided.

I love Kaibab. They do great in adjusting to my cat's needs and always answer any questions I might have (and I sure do have a lot LOL) I appreciate that they always do a follow-up call after a visit to check in. Thank you for taking such great care of my Stinky Cat! <3

I need to edit my review. We bought a dog from a well known basset hound breeder in AZ. The second day of owning the puppy she was diagnosed with parvovirus, contracted from breeders veterinarian. Kaibab went out of their way to assist us. On the third day of owning the puppy she died. This vet sent us a wonderful sympathy card that everyone signed. Wonderful people
