I am a new client at Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who recently assisted me and my Coco. Dr. Folkers, Norma, Lauren, and Mikaela were all incredibly professional and kind—but what mattered to me most was that they truly listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. Coco’s diagnosis was logical, reasonable, and grounded in facts. I never felt like anything unnecessary was being suggested, which gave me confidence in the care we received. My 4 yr old black lab Pixie broke her leg last month playing in the yard. Dr Folkers and the team at flagstaff veterinary clinic are truly such a blessing! The clinic is always so clean and the prices are absolutely reasonable. All of the vet techs and front desk nurses are amazing and helped with every step of the way. They made her healing process so smooth and less stressful than it could have been. Such a great team of people who really care. We will always come back here and recommend it to everyone! Dr. Folkers and his team at Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic are absolutely wonderful! Vets in Flagstaff who truly understand cats can be hard to find, but this team is amazing. They were so kind and patient with my sweet but extremely timid cat, making him feel safe and cared for every step of the way. He recently had a dental cleaning with a few extractions, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Every staff member went above and beyond to answer my questions, and they even checked in afterward to see how he was recovering. I couldn’t ask for a better experience or a more compassionate team!

We took our dog Harley to Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic for an ear infection, and we had a great experience. Everyone was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood the treatment and care steps. Harley improved quickly after her visit and is doing much better now.
