We have boarded our two dogs and have received dog boarding with training at K9netic Pack. We have been absolutely impressed with their knowledge of animals, professionalism with communication, and their absolute love for our two dogs. Their boarding facilities include comfortable quarters for the dogs. When they were training our dog, they provided very detailed reports of things that they worked on, observations they noticed, and things they were going to continue to do. They helped our dog with her separation anxiety. During her training, they took her on many field trips and provided her with the training to help her handle the unfamiliar situations. I have nothing but wonderful things to say with the services I have received not only myself, but my adorable Chibi. She is on the way to becoming a service dog, and the flexibility and accommodating needs that they have provided for me is amazing. They have gone up and above for me and my pup. Very wonderful individuals and most of all consider them like family. I love the training methods and the progress that my pup has had along with my parents dog, Amy. Their passion for all dog breeds is truly amazing, and their extensive knowledge and experience in training and behavior techniques make all the difference. Our Baby Bleu was full of energy and had some challenging behaviors—chewing everything, nipping at our hands when we petted him, and struggling with severe separation anxiety. Thanks to their support and guidance, Tucker passed with flying colors! From start to finish, they made the process smooth, positive, and fun. They not only helped Tucker feel confident, but also helped me as a handler grow in my understanding and communication. It’s clear how much they care about the dogs (and humans) they work with—welcoming us in like part of the pack.
