Chad and Melissa are great and kind people. We have a highly energetic Samoyed puppy that they watch for us while my husband and I are at work for an extremely fair price. We have also started personal training sessions that Chad offers, also for a good price. The difference we see in our puppy is great and even though we have a long way to go I know we wouldn't be getting anywhere without Chad. He happily answers any questions we have and is happy to help, which we are extremely grateful for. I highly recommend K911 for any canine needs.

We boarded our 9 month very energetic puppy for 5 days and we’re very pleased. She received a lot of personal attention and exercise and controlled interactions with other dogs. Chad is very good at understanding dogs and how to work with them. Very happy!

Complete 180! I thought I had an agressive dog, but when Chad came, he quickly noticed that she wasn't. What we realized was that I wasn't taking control of my dog . . . I wasn't giving her purpose. We put the prong collar on her and instantly shifted her attitude. I learned that prong collars don't hurt your dog rather they refocus your dog's attention and tells them you're in control. I recommend Chad to anyone who has a dog, anyone. If you don't know how to control your dog (don't feel bad you're not an expert) then you need to call him today! Chad Shelton from K911 came to my home for the first time this evening. My puppy is a 4 month old golden retriever, super smart, but biting me so much that my arms and workout clothes were torn up. After only one session I have learned how to get my puppy to submiss and obey. It's going to take work with Chad but my family is stuck with this guy. I have been in tears for weeks thinking I was doing something wrong. In fact I was, and Chad is teaching me and will continue to that with our family. I can't thank this guy enough. This company has received a bad review by a fake journalist and impersonator of fire and ems and police. I see no issue with this company trying to help people with their dogs. I will recommend this company to anyone
