Healthy Paws of Sheboygan

I have to find a new vet as Healthy Paws uses a 3rd party company to fill prescriptions. This leads to a long delay of 1-2 week in getting my dog meds. The communication is horrible as well. I currently have 3 different order requests out. The doctors have approved them all but they still haven't been filled because of their 3rd party company. I just got off the phone with the office and they said they couldn't do anything. That it was a 3rd party company they use. I've never used their 3rd party as their prices have never been cheaper than any other pharmacy. I love their doctors but for a year straight I have had issues getting my dogs medications in a timely and efficient way. They should do away with their 3rd party company completely. Really bummed about it.

The handled the passing of our Sweet boy Shadow after he developed cancer in his lungs. This vet difficult time was made really much easier to deal with. They were wonderful

I appreciated all the care Garrett received over the years at both Healthy Paws locations. When the end time came, they were exceptionally kind and made that last appointment go as smoothly and painless as possible. They listened to all my stories and at no time did I feel like this was “routine” for them. The only glitch was when I received his cremains. They misspelled his name on everything. Garrett has always had 2 t’s in his name. Must admit, that hurt and still does. After my original post, Healthy Paws contacted me the very next day to apologize and within the week everything was corrected to my satisfaction. Thank you again everyone at Happy Paws.

I was very nervous about bringing in my cat but the staff & Dr/Vet were great with both of us! 😉☺️ It was my first time with taking my cat in to an appt 🙃 Just a bit concerned 🥲 It was better than I expected, that's for sure!! Thanks Healthy Paws ❤️ 😁 🫂

They were very knowledgeable about my critter and got him the right medicine ordered. Great staff very friendly.
