Just know your dog will be treated with care and understanding. Dee is an expert with dogs that have behavior issues. She told me after several of my apologies that”he can’t help it.” She meets your dog where he’s at and doesn’t expect him to change. Instead with her patience he somehow does change. My pugs love Dee! They do not love getting their nails trimmed, but Dee is patient and gentile. I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is wonderful in every service for our dogs.

This review is YEARS overdue. They are fantastic. From ordering a custom tub to accommodate my senior golden to successfully giving my chihuahua (who bites!) regular 'mani/pedis (nail trimmings)', Dee and the rest of the staff go above and beyond for the dogs they groom. You can tell that they really care. Highly recommend!

I have been grooming my dogs with them for 3 years and they have done a good job but lately they have been caging my dogs and have been overbooked. They no longer take the personal time to give attention to my dogs and it takes twice as long for grooming. I have decided to take my dogs to another groomer.
