K9 Guidance

Best place to take your pup or adult dog to train. We always get compliments on how well behaved our dog is and that's thanks to Lu and the puppy classes. We took our Irish terrier there as a puppy and the breed is known to be tougher to train and butt heads with other breeds. Thanks to the classes and Lu's experience, our dog is good with other breeds and obedient. With these classes we learned that it was for Us to get to know our dog and how their thought process works. The pricing is generous considering what's included and our dog loved Lu. Lu, if I could put more than 5 stars I would, thank you!

Luis at K9 Guidance is fantastic! He really understands the dogs and has trained us in on how to work with our dogs. There is so much to learn and each week we continue to learn more. Luis is patient with us and explains everything very well and in detail and provides us with corrections to implement in how we handle our dogs. The sessions are never repetitive nor is the entire class spent focusing on one thing. The variety keeps both us and the dogs engaged. We have a 4 year old German Shepherd and added a German shepherd puppy a few months back. We started our puppy in Luis group puppy class. Luis has been a fantastic trainer. He really understands how to get the results you want from your dog based on their personality. His approach is universal, with slight changes to meet your dogs needs. In these classes, Luis focuses on training YOU on how to train your dog. This helps build a strong relationship between you and your dog. The classes on Sunday are a group, but a mix of group and individual work. Highly recommend giving K9 Guidance a try for at least 1-2 months! You will be impressed with results as long as you put work in outside of group classes.

We have been training with Ludek at K-9 Guidance for 2 1/2 years now. We started with the puppy class, which was absolutely amazing and have continued on since. Luis is an amazing trainer / teacher. My wife and I moved to the area recently and needed to find a new trainer. The trainer we were working with before was just too far for us to continue training with them. After doing a little research and word of mouth recommendations we found K-9 Guidance. Lu is a very experienced trainer with many years of K-9 training experience. Whatever you want to get out of your dog Lu will teach and show you how you can accomplish your goals for your four legged family member. They train for everything from basic obedience to Shutzhund. Jeremy is also very knowledgeable and very informative. All the trainers and members of K-9 guidance are very friendly and welcoming. It’s like one big dog loving family. They offer one on one lessons as well as group classes. Group classes are held every Wednesday
