My best friend in the world died at 2 years old because of this vet. Mac had a heart murmur but I was told it was mild and nothing to worry about. He was brought in for a visit to treat a mild eye infection a few months later and the vet put in the notes that his heart murmur had progressed to stage 5.. but failed to inform me or put in action plan for follow up. He died suddenly in my arms a month later as I desperately tried to give him CPR.I found out about the progression of his murmur only after he passed away and I requested the vet notes. I can not describe the level of loss and heartbreak I feel. Had I known his murmur was now stage 5 I would have been able to save him and request further tests and treatment.

They really helped me out back in June when my dog needed two carnassial extractions! They were able to squeeze me in same day and scheduled surgery within the week. Everything went according to plan and my Axel is happy as can be, even without those two major teeth! Since then, I’ve been back for two nail trims and had great experiences both times. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, I’m glad to know that my fur baby is in good hands! Thank you to everyone who works here!!

Everyone here is polite, thorough, and most of all, caring. They truly care for your furry family members. Couldn’t be happier that we switched to them. Highly recommend you do the same if you’re not happy with your current vet.

I love this practice! All the vets, especially Dr. Becky and Dr. Emma are very nice and take the time to make sure my animals are healthy. They go over options on treatments for illnesses, giving you all necessary information to make proper treatments.

Everybody was fantastic from my very first phone call to make an appointment to me pain with my debit and credit card! Everything was explained clearly and precisely and I'm technologically challenged and they explained everything in an orderly fashion as to how to get them everything they needed.
