My dog Maxxie was constantly licking and scooting. I was very worried about her because she never did that before. I called heartland because I have been taking my dogs there for a long time. Maxxie has been going there since we adopted her. I called this morning and they got her right in that afternoon. Shannon took very good care of my baby. Since we have been home she has been her old self. Thank you Shannon!

The most friendly place you could ask for! LGBTQ-FRIENDLY!!! So sweet and caring for your pets. They don't make you spend thousands of dollars so your pet can get help. I brought my cat to the emergency room and they wouldn't give him any antibiotics after getting a really bad infection and having a temperature of 106. Shannon eliminate the problem immediately and gave him the correct medication to drop his temperature immediately. It just really makes me sad that so many of these places are only there to collect your money and can care less about your pets 🐾 not this place you can rest assured that Shannon and her helpers are there to help and give you the respect that you would want. Not treat you like a numbers book. I can't thank Shannon enough for the amount of things that she's done

My cat Theodore had an accident and needed an urgent procedure. I called Hartland, and they were able to get us in the same day—even though we weren’t established patients. The staff kept me updated on his condition and cared for him overnight. Amanda was wonderful and took the time to thoroughly explain the discharge instructions. The pricing was also very reasonable. Thank you, Dr. Shannon, and your amazing team! I will happily recommend your clinic to all my friends and family. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care you gave Theodore.

Dr. Shannon was able to help our dog with a cough that had been ongoing for months that another local vet was unable to address. She is kind and caring, prompt and knowledgeable. We have a happy healthy boy thanks to her.

We just moved here and unfortunately our old girl Roxy who had Cushing's was not doing very well. We contacted Hartland for euthanasia. Everyone was very kind and respectful. We so appreciated their gentleness.
