Great place, great guy! Has done wonders for my senior Akita with torn ACL One day I came home, and he couldn't barely stand up, Now he's running and jumping again. Highly recommend!

Bill is the best! I will be sad when he retires...and I will do nothing but compare the care, attention and results that he gives to my labs!

I was called to cancel my appointment at the last minute due to a storm. Refuses to keep the the next two scheduled appointment's because he cant seem to grasp that he has to be flexible and do it a different way. He thinks one way of doing things is the only way. A dog swimming czar with an ego? All the while his wife speaking in the background on how to proceed. Very unorganized, over a storm and no mention that this was a possibility. All he had to do was minimize time since dog would be getting to know him twodtwo in a row. One day isn't going to make a difference. If my dog won't like you I would know and never turn but since your customer service and inflexible to a new client definitely says you are not what you claim. ..

Bill is absolutely amazing! So great with our dog and the swim therapy definitely helps her!
