The folks here were so helpful and went above and beyond on my last visit. Was looking for a specific brand of Farnam Brand Equisect Fly repellent that was safe for use around cats and they not only checked multiple brands that were in stock, but did additional research online to confirm what chemical makes most sprays unsafe for cats, but ok for horses and dogs. They then were able to order the type of spray I had been using that wasn't in stock for me! FYI, in case your also looking for something safe to use around your cats, here's a picture of the spray.

My one stop shop for all my pet needs, I'm able to pick up my dog food, dog treats. Snack for my bunny as well as fish supplies. The home decor is super adorable and everything is reasonably priced too. Workers are always friendly and helpful. My kids and I came here for bunny and dog snacks and left with a beautiful male Betta fish. They also carry food for farm animals, plants, and have a wash area for dogs.

Wonderful selection of pets and supplies. Always a pleasure to visit and they usually have exactly what I need.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a dog toy and within 30 seconds the squeaker wasn’t working. Was not allowed to return it for refund or store credit. Will go elsewhere for my birdseed, etc.

I go to this location often, and most the time theres no issues, maybe it was because they were newer employees, but I needed snake and spider food. 3 employees were in the feeder area, I wasn't helped until the 3 were done gossiping. And the girl that did help did not seem too happy about doing so. Register was 5 stars, seems the feeding area has been pretty bad lately. (Not the first time its happend)
